Insurance Plans
Pediatric Associates no longer accepts the following Health Insurance plans:
- HEALTHSHARE PLANS – Effective 9/1/2021
- FRIDAY HEALTH PLAN – Effective 7/24/2023
All patients with these plans are considered self-pay and payments are due at time of service. Upon request, our billing team can provide you with an itemized billing summary to submit to your plan for reimbursement.
Both of our offices are currently contracted with Medicaid and most major private payers. If you are unsure whether we can bill your specific plan, please contact your insurance provider to see if we are in network with them. Claims which are denied because we are a non-participating provider will become the responsibility of the patient.

WE OFFER A SLIDING FEE SCALE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY WITH PROOF OF INCOME. (SEE OUR FORMS LIBRARY FOR the REQUIRED PAPERWORK)
ALSO, FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT QUALIFY, WE offer A 25% DISCOUNT FOR PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE FOR SELF-PAY PATIENTS.
